Wherever you live, safety is a top priority. Entry to all The Residences @ The GARDEN is granted only via key fob, and there are cameras installed throughout the property.

FREE PARKING

Controlled-access garage parking is free with all new leases, providing added safety and convenience without an added cost.

PRIVATE COURTYARD

People and pets alike can gather and unwind in our courtyard. It’s a beautiful private garden with a gas grill, teak dining furniture, and a ping-pong table.

FITNESS CENTER

The Residences @ The GARDEN features a large and well-appointed gym that’s open 24/7. It includes Peloton Bikes, a treadmill, an elliptical, a functional trainer, and more.

PET FRIENDLY

Pets are welcome for a $250 non-refundable deposit and a $35 monthly fee. There is a two-pet maximum and some restrictions on breed and size. Plus, you’re close to the dog park!

DOG WASH

The Residences @ The GARDEN have been designed with people and their pets in mind. A dog wash is just one of the unique pet-friendly features we offer.

IN-UNIT WASHER & DRYER

High-performance washers and dryers have been installed in every residence, simplifying your to-do list and adding extra convenience to your daily life.

BUSINESS CENTER

Whether you need a professional setting to take a video call or access to a printer or other technology, our business center offers the tools and atmosphere to get the job done.

BIKE CENTER

Keep your bike safe inside—and out of your living space—by using our bike center. It’s a dedicated area where you can lock your bike and keep it protected from the elements.

CLUB ROOM

If you need some extra room to host friends and family, our club room is available to all residents. This comfortable space features ample seating, a large TV, and an ice maker.
